*************************** Email: ********************* My mailing address:******************************************************************************************************************** Address of the business I wish to file a complaint against:*** Mail ************************************ Pack and Ship | ********, ** | ***** | *** Mail Hi, I need to file a complaint against a US based business and would like you to mediate and send them an email which I understand would take **** 2 days to do from the time I have filed the complaint. I am not based in the ** so I do not have a US phone number or address but I do have an email, but as I understood from information found not on your site I would still be able to make the complaint. This I would like to have confirmed with you. The business that I would like to file a complaint against as an individual is *** Mail in ********: *************************************************************** Sincerely, ***** n the first line I of course meant "pretending to not know" and not "pretending to ignore".This is a very unusual issue as I am quite convinced that this business is pretending to ignore that I have given them the information they need to send my items to a new address for no other reason than malice. These people have a deeply disturbing behavior and I don&#**;t consider them "normal" or having a behavior that can be described as rational.I sent an email Thursday with the information they need to send my items to a new address, and it appears that she has replied to this email directly, pretending that I didn&#**;t just give her the information she needed. She was also not able to take a simple phone call message through her employee named "********; from my collaborative partner where she left her phone number and a short message saying that they should notice that I had sent them the information they needed via email. There was really no reason to call back to my partner as she just needed to check the email as instructed, and even when doing so anyway she failed at this and said the number was "not working". My partner is very competent and I know she has not made any mistakes or given a wrong number.I will not do any further phone calls to that business or receive phone calls from them as we only need email to communicate, nothing else is needed. They have for a long time given me the feeling that something is off about them and their tone have not been what it should be, it has been rude.So I checked their reviews and I can very much recognize this one left at ****** ***************************************************** varies ways and harm them. I also have to add that this review is indeed given to the current owners *** and ***********************, not the previous owners:"DO NOT USE THEM!! I do not like to criticize a business, but I feel compelled to warn any potential customer to the ultimate failure of this ******** to pack our valuable artwork carefully and thoughtfully. Especially since they state that their expertise is packing and shipping artwork. In our opinion, their approach to packing a valuable piece of a 30+-pound sculpture was negligent, using materials that were extremely insufficient, e.g., using the thinnest possible bubble wrap that was barely thicker than paper towel, and loosely packed with popcorn (which we have since found out that very few packing professionals use any more because other packing materials are more effective.) They also knew that it was a treasured piece, not only due to its beauty but also because it belonged to a decease parent. We experienced a SENSELESS LOSS due to NEGLIGENCE and POOR JUDGEMENT. The piece was COMPLETELY DESTROYED!In response to the owner: We DID reach out to you, 2 times, with no response at all from you. This is not about the (pitiful) $300 offer, nor is it about whether or not it was insured. This IS about the careless and negligent packing of our 30+ pound, glass sculpture. The previous owner has nothing to do with this. You and ***** are the owners, the responsible parties, and that employee was YOUR employee. You and ***** are solely responsible for this. If he, and you, truly cared about the safe packaging of the art, you would have been more involved. STOP BLAMING the previous owner, or this employee. This is your responsibility. BEWARE EVERYONE!!"Right now my issue is that they are causing great inconvenience and stress as I don&#**;t trust them due to how they have interacted with me and because the owner, ***, can&#**;t even read an email that I sent her Thursday last week with the information they need to send my items.I have attached screenshots of our recent conversation, and this is really the only thing that is relevant right now, that they need to not delay anything further and send my items because they had the information they needed since Thursday last week.I am very worried that my items might be damaged and if they are I know that it is NOT an "accident". I can sense how these people are and due to the tone of ***** some time ago it is very likely that something could happen to my items, because what I can feel is that he gets a satisfaction in damaging people&#**;s items just because he wants to, and *** is equally disturbed, however I will not accuse them of that as I know it would not help, but I am very certain that this is a real risk. There has not been a real argument with them at this point, only an inappropriate tone from them and lies. The items are irreplaceable so it wouldn&#**;t put me much at ease to insure them, and I currently don&#**;t know how much insurance would cost. Their value is far greater than that of the monetary value that I paid for them. She replied Monday pretending I hadn&#**;t just given the information they needed, and I replied back just 7 minutes after repeating what I had sent them last week and saying that I had already sent this to them.I think I would like you to email them as this would give a greater chance of my items being sent and being safe as well, telling them that I would like my items sent to the addresses I gave them several days ago.Sincerely,*****
