    Bizarre, surreal experience. I was shipping a package. The man asked me, "is that a return?". I said no, I am trying to ship a package. He kept telling me it was a return, non stop, doubling down after me telling him I was shipping a package. At some point he said "we call it a return in our business", like he was lecturing me. I couldn't care less how you call something in your business, I am a customer, I am shipping a package, stop confusing me and lecturing me about your business technicalities, I don't care... I shipped hundreds of packages, I never got a person telling me it was a return. Just imagine how crazy it is to confuse a customer like this, not to mention the weird behavior towards a customer... So unreal, 5 years ago I had a bad experience with them, I decided to go back to day, second time, and came to this lol. Just imagine if you have to do anything more involved than shipping a prepaid package. Definitely stay away from here.
