    On 2/18/22 we ordered 3 mattresses (2 King and 1 Queen) and mattress bedding for a house we were building; made a deposit of $2000. with the order. We did not know the completion date and they committed to holding the mattresses, and bedding in the warehouse if we paid in full. On 3/19/2023 we paid the remaining balance of $4835.05. We had settlement on the house 10/30/23 and have been emailing the business but all emails come back mailer-demon, we went to the Mall where we purchased, and they vacated, the only thing we can do is call ************ and leave messages. No one calls back within the 24 hours they state, they will do.

    Dear BBB,I have not received a refund promised for $3,743.94. Order 774 contained eight items purchased on 14 August 2022 for $3,743.94 via credit card from LiFTMattress located in the ****************************************************************************************** sent a certified letter on 24 January 2023 to the corporate address proved by LiFTMattress customer service, ******************************************************, provided by LiFTMattress ***************** The letter was returned to sender unopened. I followed up with the *** store and confirmed that mailbox #*** was for LiFTMattress, but the *** store employee would not confirm or deny if they accepted ************** mail on behalf of LiFTMattress.I was in email contact with ***********************, ********************************* to coordinate the delivery of the items as late as 5 January ************************************ status of the purchased items. I followed up on 11 January 2023 and received a rejected email from ********************************* and received a response from *****************, ******************************************* who committed to return a status of the purchase order. I was informed by ***************** that the store located in ************ in ******** had closed in December and he apologized that I was not informed and was mislead into thinking that I would still receive my order.On 13 January 2023 after being informed that most of the items purchased were not available, I was offered a full refund by ***************** which I accepted.     In late April early May 2022 we purchased a mattress and headboard and bedframe , it was explained to us it would take 4-6 weeks to receive, maybe up to eight weeks. We were fine with that, roughly about **** weeks later received the mattress and bedframe. I have not received the headboard, I have been trying since the beginning of Nov to obtain refund on the headboard which is roughly a few pennies shy of $300 according to the invoice. I keep getting the runaround by the store location (****** told me December 1 that the refund had been approved by accting and would have money in 7 to 10 days ) and by customer service and I think after two months Ive been more than enough patient . The last time I talked to customer service I told them that if there was not a quick and expedited solution that I would be contacting the BBB This is the last response from **** in customer service on Friday, January ******* I will contact accounting and see what the status is on this issue. We will get this resolved in a timely manner!Also, there is no need to threaten us with the BBB, as they have absolutely no authority over how we conduct business!Especially over a $200 headboard, just crazy, don't you think?**** We have been trying for over 2 1/2 months now to get a refund and its always an excuse. they do not answer our phone calls and the text messages have stopped and its just so frustrating so Im hoping that you can assist us to obtain the refund. The associates at the store are great at selling you a mattress, but when it comes to any issues that need to be resolved, theyre not very helpful. I was told that theyre very busy but if you walk into the store theyre just there staring at their cell phone . To be told that its silly to try to get my money back really upsets me. Its really not about obtaining the refund, which, of course is what I want. Its more of the principle of it that after 8-9 months, I still have not received the product or my money back.

    We paid Lift Mattress $4000 for adjustable premium mattress. Months later they told us the mattresses were out of stock and offered to substitute a comparable mattress. In less than a month the mattress has completely failed and is full of lumps. Ten days ago we asked for the mattresses to be replaced and provided photos of the lumpy mattresses. **************** said they would look in to it. After numerous attempts to contact them the customer service representative finally said he has to wait for someone to approve the warranty claim. We have since emailed the general manager 4 times and he has not responded.

    We ordered a mattress on Sep , name of business that we order Lift Mattress. We cancel the-order on November , we recived the confirmation email for refund on Nov 15, we payed cash and credit card, we should get our money back Nov 29 . We still not get anything , every time that we call or email the company they have an excuse. They close the location on ******** but business still open online and other cities on ***. The amount is $4000. I need my money back ( ******* cash ) and the credit back to my credit car , I need the money back, we were hit by the hurricane and we could not work for a month . Hope you can help me , I dont know what to do . I am desperate The check never arrive, my credits cards has not have the credit back If you can give your email I can forward all the email that the company had send me .

    On 09/02/2022 - my husband purchased me a pillow at the Lift Mattress ** in ********. On 09/21/22 - the wrong pillow arrived and I reached out to customer service and provided the info. A response was received a new pillow was supposed to be sent out. I have all the emails. I corresponded with them on 09/21, 10/3, 10/21, 10/28, 11/2, 11/3, 11/6 and on 11/7 the purchase was cancelled. I reached out on 11/16, 11/22, 12/8, 12/10 and today 12/12/22. We still have no refund and no pillow. This has caused me emotional distress. I have been insulted by this company. I am tired of dealing with the constant excuses and I am just done dealing with them. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered.
