      Purchased a weight loss product. After the first dose I became violently ill. I had to go the the ** for treatment. Once there they had to try different medications to stop the excessive vomiting. Doctor said these products are dangerously since you have no idea what they put into the product. I am still experiencing *******************. Company was heartless. Even after experiencing these side effects they still want me to pay!

      Hello, we are truly sorry to hear that you experienced adverse side effects and required medical attention. We understand how distressing this situation must have been.

      We would like to clarify that we are not the manufacturers of the medication. We work with top-tier compounding pharmacies that perform third-party testing on every product before distribution, ensuring the highest possible quality and safety. However, as with any medicationGLP-1s includedthere is always a risk of side effects, whether the product is brand-name or compounded.

      In your case, as indicated in the attached documentation, you agreed to finance a three-month treatment plan that includes monthly payments. When you reached out on January 22nd, we responded on January 23rd, offering a full refundper our standard policy, which requires returning any unused portion of the product. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that offer.

      Please know that our intention is never to appear heartless or continue billing you for a medication you can no longer use. We are still happy to provide a full refund as soon as we receive the remaining product. If you have any questions or need assistance with the return process, please let us knowwe are here to help in any way we can. Our goal is always to ensure a positive experience for our patients, and we truly regret the frustration this has caused.
