      Do not use this company. I've been dealing with this company since June 2022. They were late picking up my items. Erica Henry and Angela could not give me a definite day that the movers would show up. The driver, Merlin, finally called some three days after the said pick up date. They showed up at 10 pm at night. The drivers were not able to gain access onto the Army installation due to both drivers having unfavorable backgrounds. I had to sponsor them on the installation and then had to escort them to the gas station. I packed my belongings in boxes just to make it easier for the moving team. The truck was half full when someone else's items when they arrived. I received an estimate that was almost triple what was estimated to me. According to the contract, no one came out to do an inventory of my items and I did not receive a list of what was placed on their truck. The gas surcharge doubled. I was charged for a flight of stairs despite the contract stating the first flight was free. I am now being told that my items will be set for auction at the beginning of the year. Beware of Angela, Erica, Angel, Alexes West, and Cindy. The company has a few names: Thompson Holdings, LLC, Fresh Start moving and storage, and All American moving company. I am still struggling with the fraudulent charges and still can't get my furniture back. Its in storage at an undisclosed location. I was told to come up with as much money as possible and they can "work something out" or "come up with something". Please don't deal with this company ever. They don't answer emails when my legal counsel reached out to them. The letter was returned as undeliverable. I didn't think that I would have to say this about any company, but this company is a SCAM that low ball to get customers. Take heed to all the negative reviews. Save yourself the heartache and headache.

      This move was supposed to be from ********** to *********. I can't believe how many people have been scammed and the company is still in business. This company and their employees are playing with people livlihoods, finances, and emotions. This is so disheartening.

      This company is a BIG SCAM. They use the bait and bite echnique. They offer a price first, then it keep changing. They justify it by saying " IT IS AN ESTIMATED ONLY". By the time you finish the process you pay triple of the initial quoted price. They have different people contact and answer you, all with different answers each time they have excuse. I deposited $ 1600 and they refuse to return any money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS. BY THE WAY BE AWARE THEY GO BY NANY DIFFERENT NAMES. READ THE REVIEWS . DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! They are unreliable. They do not show up when they are suppossed.
