      Hooked in, as with the other complaints. False advertising one price, then posting a ridiculous price of $239.00 on credit card. Closed my card immediately. Filed dispute with my bank. During charge process you don't get a total with taxes & shipping. Made in America, FDA approved... this fishing expedition is OVER!!

      I ordered Keto Blast Gummies through Top Range Health, a FL based company, on 3/29/25. The gummies didn't work for me so I called Top Range Health on 5/1/25 to find out how to return the product. My phone call was disconnected 3 times before I finally spoke with XXXX to explain my situation. She gave me a RMA number and said it would take 3-5 business DAYS to receive a refund after they received the returned product. The product was returned to them via Fed Ex on 5/19/25. It is now 7/20/25 (TWO MONTHS LATER) and I still do NOT have a refund. I contacted the company today and spoke with XXXX (after being disconnected 2 times) and she said they have, in fact, received my returned product as of the date stated above! I questioned her as to why I had yet to receive my refund and she said she needed to verify info. such as how many bottles I returned, were they used or not, etc. She THEN informed me that, since I didn't return ALL the empty bottles and some of the bottles I returned were USED, I would NOT be receiving a full refund. She went on to state I would incur a $5 restocking fee for EACH unused bottle I returned. This was NEVER explained when I placed the initial order. I argued that I would not pay the restocking fee. She eventually waived the $5/each restocking fee since I told here on 3 occasions I was not going to pay that fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor so she put me on hold. How convenient, the next thing I knew, the phone call had been disconnected. I strongly discourage ANYONE from purchasing product from Top Range Health due to their obscure business practices.

      I would agree, they send unauthorized shipments. Things I did not order, with extravagant charges on my credit card.

      I was charged the full price, when the ad indicated by 3 get 3 free or by 2 get 2 free, however number of months you were looking to do. I now just received another package, that I did not order, nor did I see on the website an auto-order system. I emailed the customer service email I received, when I did the first order, to see if I get any kind of response. If I don't get a response to return the remainder of my original order and then how to return the new package, I will most likely just send back to the shipping address.

      I responded to and advertisement that said get three bottles for 39.99 but if ordered within a certain time I would get three bottles free, the website had technical issues and I then received a text saying for the technical issues I would receive another 25 percent off of the 39.99. I finished the process only to find out days later that I was charged almost 180 dollars. I do not know who to contact for a refund because the confirmation email I got has no contact info. I texted the number that texted me originally so hoping for a response to get my money refunded.

      DO NOT ORDER!!!! I experienced the same issues as many people have listed below. This company is a sham. I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free gummies and was charged for all 6 bottles. I also was charged for another product that I did not want. I did speak with a customer service representative and received half my money back for the promotion. I have to contact them again to get the full refund for the second product. They say 7-10 business days for the credit to show on the account. We will see if that happens. I locked my credit card so no unauthorized charges can be made for future shipments.

      THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND THEY ARE PAYING FALSE COMPANIES TO TELL PEOPLE THAT THESE ARE THE BEST LOSE WEIGHT GUMMIES, THAT THEY ARE HARD TO GET, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH... THEY ADVERTISE ONE PRICE THEN CHARGE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE AND THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THE ONE NUMBER THEY HAVE, DOESN'T TELL YOU ANYTHING BUT RATHER JUST A RECORDING WITH NO NAME MENTIONED AND THAT THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK... WHICH IS B.S. >>>> THEY PLAY BY THEIR OWN SET OF RULES AND CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT. THIS IS WHY ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE, THERE'S NO THE FINAL PRICE... THIS COMPANY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BEING STRAIGHTFORWARD AND TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR "CUSTOMERS" AND WORK COMPLETELY OF SCAMMING PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

      I saw this advertisement on TV and wanted to order what came for the $39.99 and was charged $59.99 and $239.99 for something I wasn't even aware of. I have tried to reach out to Customer Care as they say to do so if you have a problem, but of course no response. Just wanted to send them back and be reimburse, but like I said no number, no address, no email, NOTHING. Total Scam

      I ordered one item of Keto gummies and no subscription. I was billed for gummies and a digestive supplement which I did not want and did not order. I called customer service and was refunded half my money. Then, I was billed again this month after I put in writing that I wanted no subscription nor any more of these products. I called customer service and they hung up on me twice. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. This company should not be in business.

      They are a true Scam! Charged me more than they advertised, will not live up to their money back guarantee! They owe me almost $300! When I call I always get disconnected! How do I get my money back?I sent the items back! They have items and my $300!!!!! HELP!!!
