      The business is a scam. They make poor quality clothes and they do not care whether it gets delivered to you or not. Their customer service is not professional and they will if you no refunds. This is a scam, fake, ****************

      Item came with a hole in the back of it. I reached out multiple times to the company requesting a refund. I did not get a response.

      I ordered 2 items from this online boutique. Over a month later, I have not received my items. There is no update on tracking and it never left the facility. They refuse to answer my emails to customer service, which I have reached out to several times. Very frustrating. I have called, messaged, and emailed this company. They refuse to respond and refund me for the items they did not send me. I need them to refund me.

      Date of transaction was April 15, 2023 I received the wrong item. I ordered black sandals, but received a brown completely different shoe. My package also did not come with any return information or return slip, so I emailed the customer service department for help in my return. It took from May 19, 2023 (which was 2 days after I received my incorrect shoes) until June 1, 2023 to get a reply from the company. Their claim was that the emails (I sent 3) went to a spam folder. The company gave me instructions on how to return the shoes. And I returned them immediately, but again no customer service was provided again on a refund. I reached out several times before a response on August 25, 2023 asking for the tracking number of my package. I provided the tracking number, information and that the package shows to be delivered to the address. And I have not heard anything back since then. I have emailed them again and again. There is no phone number provided to call the company. It isn't about the money at this point, it is the principle of the whole situation. I feel like at this point they should refund the whole amount, not a store credit, as I do not want to deal or do business with this company ever again.

      I placed an order with Goodnight Macaroon back in April 2023, but started a return in May due to poor quality and I didnt receive my full order. After I was finally given return instructions, I followed them and returned all items, paid for the shipping and emailed them with a copy of the receipt and tracking. I received a reply saying they looked forward to processing the return, but never received the refund. I emailed again, saying Id file fraudulent charges at which point they responded that a refund would be issued in 3-7 business days but never received the refund and they have ignored all emails since. They took the merchandise back and never refunded my money. They stole $250.60 from me, plus the $17.38 I spent on shipping.

      Purchased an item on 5/7 On 5/21 I asked for an update reply below on 5/25:Thank you for reaching out.I am so sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. The package might still be awaiting release from customs or already in transit to your country. Please allow me to contact the courier to get a status update and please get back to me after 3 business days to follow-up.Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.Best regards,***** Then got the following update after I emailed again on 6/1:Hi ****,Thank you for getting in touch.We are sorry to inform you that your parcel has been lost in the post. Due to the amount of time that has passed and there being no update to the tracking information, it is likely your parcel was misplaced or stolen during transit. Would you like us to (1) send you a replacement, or (2) provide you with store credit?Please get back to us with your preferred option and we'll get it processed for you right away.Best regards,Aries To which I replied I want a refund and NO REPLY and NO REFUND. This is a scam business.

      I ordered a pair of boots from an online store that I thought was in the ** because they dont tell you its overseas until after you place your order and get a tracking number from a shady site. Finally after a month I received my order (a pair of boots) but because the sizing is so off which they do NOT let you know that they run about 2 sizes smaller than your normal size, I could not even get my foot in them. They do not have a phone number you can call to speak to someone to get help you just have to email them and wait for them to get back to you. I let them know the boots didnt fit and I needed a different size to which they replied that I would have to send the boots back which would take another month and then once they got them they would send out another pair which would take an additional month for a total of 3 months. I said that was absolutely ridiculous and I would just send them back and wanted my card refunded. They said they dont do that but would make an exception once they received the boots. I sent them back immediately and Christmas came and went and I realized I had not heard a word from them. I tracked the boots and they received them on Dec. 10 but had head nothing from them nor had my card been credited. I emailed them and told them this needed to be resolved and they had 24 hours to get back to me and issue my refund. They replied back saying they issued me a store credit and were not going to refund my credit card like they said they would. I have done everything they have asked and all I want is my credit. I do not want a store credit and would NEVER do business with this place again EVER. I looked up reviews on this place and there is the same complaint over and over again. I was going to leave a review on their site but there is no option to do so. Clearly the reviews on their actual site are from paid participants who are not leaving honest reviews. This is the most unprofessional shady company I have ever done business with

      This company is shady, do NOT order from them! I ordered two sweater dresses on the 12th of November, almost a month later nothing. I e-mailed the e-mail link they provided for customer service a week ago and have received no response. I paid $138 dollars for literally NOTHING. The tracking information they provide in the e-mail is worthless, theres no customer service phone number and when you try to chat online with them no one responds!!! They are literally stealing peoples money. Horrible experience, I just want my money back for the items I never received and to warn people about this unethical company.

      I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. Even though this business has a ******* address, it was shipped from *****. I emailed the company asking where my shoes are, since the tracking system doesnt seem legit at all. They told me the package was handed over to another courier.

      I purchased a pair of shoes from this website in July. Over 3 months later I have yet to receive my item. I have contacted the company and they wouldn't tell me an answer. Later they told me I need to resolve it with ***** Which I did not think it was correct, I felt they should find out the information for me . The company emailed me and told me they had spoken to **** and they package was in my hometown. I did reach out to ****, and after leaps and bounds they tell that the package is in *******. So i contacted the company and told them, that my package was not in my hometown but in *******. Since then they have not resolved the issue. they told me they have tried to reach out to **** to solve the problem and they haven't contacted them, Goodnight Macaroon takes forever to respond to me. I reach out, they take days to respond, and tell me they are investigating. I don't hear back and I give them ***** days then i reach out again. All I want is my money back, regardless its hard earned money and not receiving the product is not right. Especially not having any resolution,. PLease help. I am attaching emails.
