      On November 3, 2022 we paid Five Star Pavers $11,500 dollars of the $$12,800 agreement for installing pavers on our lanai around our pool. Both parties agreed that the final amount would be paid when they finished the job which was to clean the dark brown circle around the inside of my pool caused by pavers being cut and staining my pool and improved drainage around the lanai. They have not completed the job and continue to schedule an appointment with us every few weeks and dont show up to do it. We have also discovered that they never sealed the pavers so the sand has washed out of the spaces between the pavers. Currently we are having the pavers sealed by another company for $1300 and the pool acid washed for $900. The new paver company says the pavers were never sealed when the job originally done. When we originally contacted this company they led us to believe that they owned a showroom on 17th street in Sarasota. However this is not the case. I could not find them and when I searched them online they do not exist. However I was able to find out that they rent space at the address I listed on ************************ Blvd. The last scheduled appointment to complete the job was over two weeks ago and they were a no call no show again. Today I contacted Design Source at *********************************************** where five Star pavers rents space to let them know that I havent heard from five Star and they were supposed to be here over two weeks ago. Since then I have been receiving threatening texts from *********************** ************ saying that I have an unpaid balance and that if I continue to make threats (which I havent) that he will turn the matter over to his attorney.

      When we completed the O'briens pool deck there was a balance of $1,500.00 owed. Up until this time they were very happy with the project. When I went to collect the balance ***************** stated the pool has not been cleaned nor the sealer complete. I then stated **************** has been there 7 times and infact we applied 2 two coats of sealer using *********** material. She then stated she was not happy with that and wanted me to do it again. Trying to make her happy I said I will reclean the pool one more time and apply one more ***** of sealer at my expense once the bill was paid in full. She did not like my offer and it is clear to me she just wated an excuse not to pay us. You will see in my supporting ******** the paid in full receiped from Stand Out Pool for the 7 times we cleaned the pool.
