    Hi, my name is *******************. I am filing this complaint. I hired lawngravity ************ to take care of my lawn . The first service was done on 6- 28 6-13 whatever they put down didnt work. I noticed my grass was dying big bald spots. throughout my yard. I called the company. Someone came out to analyze and said I had brown worms that was eating my grass. I thought my grass was being treated for bugs and insects, I was told someone would get back with me,In the meantime the insect was eating my grass so I put a treatment for insect bugs & the types of worms on my lawn it rained the same day my grass actually started looking better after three days , five or six days later someone contacted me and came out before they came out. I called the office to let them know what I had done ,when the guy came out, I showed him what I used on the lawn he said that was fine I asked was it too soon for another service he said no. July 26 was the last time they service my lawn,I am going to attach photos of what my lawn look like on February 28, 2024. I had my driveway paved on January 24. I had new sprinklers installed. Thats why you would see the edges that there was no grass there at that time but in the June 6 photo youll see that it had completely grown in.. June 6, thats only a few days after they started doing my 27th seven , my lawn was in good shape before they started treating my lawn . I complained several times they came out and did a couple treatments. They never got rid of the weeds, also, I will attach photos of a substance from the last treatment that really burnt my grass when the representative came out to do my lawn in July it was not in that shape. There was nothing in my lawn, after the treatment 2 to 3 days later, my lawn was filled with some white substance that looks like crystals mad it down in my grass if that would have been in my lawn before the representative treated my line he would have pointed it out to me. There was nothing there.

    Hello, my name is *******************************. I am the owner, and this matter just came to my attention.  I am quite familiar with **************** from 2015.  We should have never signed her up again, but my salesmen and manager were unaware of this and that is my fault. She did the same thing before. She was a customer from March 31, 2015, to June 17, 2015, and never paid for any service, and when we requested payment, she threatened to go on all the social media sites and to BBB. I didnt think it was worth the trouble, so I credited her account and cancelled the service back then.  Now I see she is a customer again from May *******, to July 26th, 2024.  *********** is done monthly normally 12 visits per year. My team has been going out to her house trying to help her with any of her concerns (11 visits in less than two months).  Her problem was the irrigation was only set for ***** minutes per zone where she had rotor heads opposed to ***** minutes per zone for this time of year. Also, when she had the driveway worked on there was an incorrect head put in causing a water deficiency in one of her areas of concern. We werent getting any rain during these very hot months. My manager even turned it on and pointed out why she would get ***** spots and why these areas would look better when we would get a rain shower. During these months that we were hired to take care of her lawn was the hot months before our rains started so her lawn was experiencing heat stress from not watering properly. She refused to listen to anything we told her and accused us of doing something wrong each time. ******* my manager asked her about payment,and she told him she was not going to pay, and said she would light us up on ****************** Neighborhood, etc. My team has gone out of their way to please her in the short time we were there.  She has never paid for any service ever. We are owed another $195.00 from these last 3 applications. We have gone above and beyond to satisfy ****************.

    We once had a lush 1/2 acre front yard of beautiful *************. We used Lawngevity for a few years. Not once did they mention to us that our lawn was being invaded by crabgrass. We had to discover it ourselves. They have literally ruined my entire yard. If youre paying a company to treat, fertilize and take care of your investment then why would someone from this company not bring this to our attention? They just come monthly, reel out a hose and walk around the lawn spraying like a robot. Now, our lawn is riddled with crabgrass. Had to hire another company after multiple discussions. This company is growing faster than they can provide ************** of 2 years monthly costs. All they had to do was tell us and provide a solution. Terrible communication and service.

     *************************, one of the owners of Lawngevity, met with ******************* in the beginning.  **** explained it was carpet grass throughout all of her sod and she should replace the sod.  She said she could not do that.  **** explained to her there is no herbicide legally available to spray out that type of weed in St. Augustine grass.  She was well aware of this.  As a solution we informed her of a herbicide that could be used, but we could not legally apply it.  Grassy weeds are not controllable in St. Augustine grass on residential yards by licensed professional applicators.  She had bad sod installed from the beginning.  I have included a copy of her original contract which shows all the different types of weeds we found during our initial consultation, and it shows there is limited control of these weeds.
