April 15th, I saw a $15 charge for missing class at Club Pilates. I thought it was for April 10th class that I was late for.m, but was told it was for April 12th class. That wasnt possible because I had cancelled that class the night before. I had a 7AM work meeting that day, and I knew I hadnt cancelled the class too late because the app didnt give me error message. The employee told me I was wrong; the app doesnt give you error messages (it does), and there was nothing she could do. Because the employee accused me of lying I initiated dispute with my credit card company over the $15. On Tuesday April 18th, ******* from CP called me back. I was shocked because the previous employee gave me no indication that there would be any response. I explained to ******* that I had contested the charge with ***** She said she would take care of situation. Later I got a $25 charge notification from CP. I called and spoke to owner ***** who explained they were charged $25 by **** for the chargeback and they were passing it on to me. I explained what happened and he asked me to call **** to cancel the contested charge (which I did ask to do), but ***** said he would take care of the problem and I would not have to pay the $15 or the $25. My credit card was charged the $199 April 21 membership fee. Then on May 19th I tried to register for a Saturday 20th class and could not because my account was frozen. I asked why and was told it was because of the unpaid $25 chargeback fee that ***** said he would take care of weeks before. I tried to call ***** to ask him to hold a place in the Sat morning class. He didnt respond until Sat PM when it was too late. I realized he thought I was someone he had already helped the week before, and only then did he apologize. I asked to cancel and he said stay, he would give me a month free to try again. But I had bad vibes and texted again June 9th to cancel. Now ***** wants $219 to cancel. I got to use 0 classes in May/June. *************** me $420

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over 4 months - I have not used it, and the company keeps sending me in circles I had no resolution for the past 4 months. To my knowledge, there are many customers that experience the same issues they are notorious for not letting their customers stop their membership. If it is so easy to sign up it should be as easy to cancel and for some reason, this vendor is not allowing that. This is going to court if this is not resolved.
