    I hired ******************* in March 2023 to buy and istall 2 shutters and 5 blinds. One of the smaller blinds mechanism stopped working in Nov. *** came out in Nov 2023 and said he would order a new one and istall he complained it broke because of a small space however when he measured he said nothing about any future complication. He has no to date come out to repalce the blind.I tried calling the ************ number noone and asked for the manager he has not returned my call. We are going into 5-6 mos now and I have no blind. as you can see form the texts he politly puts me off and has since Nov.2023.

    I purchase a series of shades and shutters from this company, After a lenghty delay, they installed the shades and one was made incorrectly. They reordered it and gave us a date in mid December for replacement. All shades were paid in full. We ordered additional shutters which were furnished and installed. During this time, we tracked the install date of the replacement shade and the date kept getting pushed out from December to Early January to the end of January. In the last month, I have tried repeatedly to get a status by means of phone calls and emails with no reply. My wife and I have both left messages on multiple occasions. We have contacted the office who promises a return call in 20 minutes to no avail. I have texted and left messages for the owner who has been non-responsive. A simple resolution is to furnish the shade as ordered or refund the approximate $300 for the product. I am trying to resolve this before I submit a review or go to small claims court. It should be a simple issue to resolve by communicating the requested information.
