    I recently had a 40-gallon water heater replaced by Paradise Plumbing recommended by our condo manager. The company has a solid reputation, and the installation itself was done cleanly and efficiently. I appreciated the attention to detail, and at first, the technician--Taylor--was courteous and professional.
    However, the experience took a very disappointing turn. When I politely asked Taylor why the new unit was installed in a different orientation than the old one--making the access panels less convenient--he became visibly irritated. I calmly asked again for clarification, and his attitude grew increasingly hostile. He eventually left and returned in an aggressive, angry manner, using multiple profanities (including the F-word repeatedly) and making offensive generalizations about others in my building. I asked him to stop, but he continued to speak to me in an entirely unprofessional and disrespectful way.
    Although the job appears to have been completed correctly, I was left extremely upset by his behavior. No customer should be spoken to this way in their own home. I strongly encourage the company to take appropriate steps to address this, and I recommend that future customers specifically request that Taylor not be assigned to their installation. The company may be reliable, but this technician's conduct was completely unacceptable.
