  We reside in an adult community (age 55+) exceeding 400 families. A leak developed in a bathroom toilet that required the replacement of the ****** and wax ring where the waste water exits into the floor drain pipe. Every expectation from our initial phone contact with this organization to completion of the repair, was substantially exceeded, and we will certainly use this company as necessary for any future plumbing repair. We will also recommend use of the same to our friends and neighbors in this community and elsewhere. The service tech ***** was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very neat. He kept us informed of his progress and necessary addition details that would need to be accomplished to complete the project. If this is typical workmanship provided by all the technicians from this organization, you can be sure of a very satisfactory result to your plumbing issues at a fair price.

  We remodeled our Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We called Professional Plumbing to do all the plumbing work. Unfortunately, the remodel did not go smoothly, took much longer than we had expected and because of the various inspections, permitting, etc., the plumbers had to come out to the house multiple times. But Professional Plumbing was great to work with, they were very patient every time we had a setback, and they were always there when we needed them. The plumbing and fixtures in the finished kitchen and bathrooms look great, we were very pleased with their work. I even felt like I did not pay them enough for all the work they had to do, and how many times they had to work around the other contractors and wait for inspections. This is the only Plumbing company I would ever call! They are honest, hardworking, dependable, and just great guys!

  Had Professional Plumbing here twice to fix two separate leaks outside by the curb where my backflows are located. They fixed the leak by connecting my home water to the sprinkler system backflow which is illegal. I found that out this week only because my sprinkler system needed repair and when they shut off sprinkler backflow the water in my home shut off. I called Professional Plumbing every day for 3 days and they said it wasn't them and were not sending anyone out to check. I've had 2 leaks in that area due to an Oak Tree right next to my backflow's and Professional Plumbing fixed it both times. Once for $747.00 and the other for $423.00. I couldn't complain to the Water Dept because they would only shut my water off, so I had to get another professional to fix it, the right way, which cost me $500.00.   We were actually there 3 times to repair 3 different leaks 6 years apart. On 2/20/2016, we charged you $250 to repair a leak by the meter and backflows - both backflows are piped together with one meter, which is both proper and legal. We then came back on 6/17/2016,4 months later, to repair a different leak by the oak tree and charged you $747 to excavate the roots so we could locate the underground leak, repair it, and rework the piping. On 2/15/2022, almost exactly 6 years later, we came back to repair a third underground leak caused by the new growth and we charged you $423. At that time, we also recommended rerouting the line to avoid future leaks. On all 3 occasions, you signed off on the price before the work was performed and signed off again once the work was completed to your satisfaction before paying the agreed upon amount.

  Very displeased. This company made an unauthorized credit card charge belonging to my 86-yr. old mother given to them by a legally blind 93-yr. old companion. He could not read the blurry red carbon copy to see they charged $667.00 for a simple garbage disposal and toilet leak check. The tech was there 1 hr. When trying to appeal to the Manager, it was met with no consideration for a reduction in fee--not even nominally for good customer relations. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As another reviewer notes, I also wish it were possible to give a minus 10 rating for preying on the elderly.

  We have not stayed in business
  for nearly 40 years by preying on the elderly, or anyone else, and the work
  was, not only, authorized, but the price was agreed upon, before the work was
  performed, and the customer signed off that the work had been completed to
  their satisfaction - before paying the agreed upon amount. The $667 your mother
  was charged included $439 for installing a new garbage disposal unit (that’s
  the price of the unit, plus the installation of the same), $149 to completely
  rebuild the guest bathroom toilet, and a $79 diagnostic fee. Those prices are
  fair and consistent with our competitors’ prices.
