Disappointing ******************************************* Bro's Electric. So you are (supposedly) getting experts in 2 realms.A simple kitchen light was initial priority along with other ceiling lights which were installed satisfactorily. This kitchen light was always the key objective, and for which we were told Bee Ridge didn't have a replacement? Until we found the perfect replacement on their own website. They brought it to our location. It was a perfect fit. The fellow wasn't feeling well though and simply said "no, Im not going to try...This despite previously seeing it twice, having the dimensions, planning for it for over a month. We had a handyman fix it for a fraction of the cost of having this dual expert resource at our disposal and the replacement in hand. It was on their agenda but he said "no". Pics of what needed fixing, their own fixture, and the fixture the handyman put up attached.Their website says Bee Ridge is the best. Reads best in class. Says there is no issue they cant handle, they can do it all. Expert lighting or electrical relative to lighting and this is merely a kitchen light replacement we are talking about? Certainly, Bee Ridge lighting/******* Electric has solved more complex challenging problems than replacing a kitchen light. I mean, they didnt even try?Worse still. They also sawed holes in the ceiling instead of using the attic and the existing light switch hole to run new ceiling lights in our bedrooms. Our handyman reported it was just a case of being lazy and easier to un-necessarily cut two holes in the ceiling instead of threading the wires, with their tools to do install. Of course that meant new sheet rock repair and a new paint job on ceiling. We also had a substantial clean up after they clean up as they used no dri-vac, or drop cloths when sawing. sheet rock dust everywhere including curtains, bedding, and rugs. Said they only needed drop cloths in certain locations. Disappointing
