    At this point I would leave zero stars if I could. Friendly treatment in the beginning. Facial is wonderful. Manicure pedicure subpar. Pedicure worst I've ever gotten in my life. I did not want to bad mouth them in front of other clients at the desk. So I paid my bill, left the tip. And I called back later I was treated very very badly.

    Most rude people.Booked a manicure and pedicure, and when I arrived, I was greeted with :What do you want" as though I had disturbed her peace and quiet.When I said I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, she took me to the room and started yelling at me that they do not remove the existing nail polish - and this is on the website, and why didn't I look at the website before.And she went on yelling at me.Having been quiet till now, I now said to stop yelling, and who is the customer here!She left the room, so I got up and went to the front desk to speak with the manager. He just looked at me not saying a word - so I left.Had a gift card from my daughter, which they had already cashed in.Never go to Colibri Spa on ****** in ********.They are the worst!!!
