      We signed an agreement and a 100% money back guarantee for a refund thru TS Holdings Group Inc. We provided a personal check for $6880.56 on 1/24/2025 after the representatives provided the amount for us to proceed with the exit process. We were told we would hear from TS Holdings personnel within a day and have an exit certificate within 3-4 months.We heard from a "legal representative" of the consulting firm, Serenity 1, reportedly used by TS Holdings, the next day who stated we would hear from a customer representative with a "welcome call". On March 25 we called ******* after not hearing from anyone and she provided a phone # for ***** ***** **************** of Serenity 1 who stated she did not receive any of our information but we would need to provide documents (timeshare contract, driver's license copies, SS#) before proceeding. We agreed and she provided an email with the documents necessary and where to send said documents. We began collecting the documents and were skeptical about sending anything with personal information because the phone numbers for multiple representatives of TS Holdings including *******, **** and TS Holdings Group office number were now "disconnected/unavailable/calls not returned) and we could only reach *******. She continued to provide other contact info and stated many of the staff have left the company. We researched online and found ***** ******, CEO/President of TS Holdings, and reached out via phone and left multiple phone messages as well as an email detailing what has not transpired as promised. In addition, no calls placed to TS Holdings or Serenity 1 has been returned as of ******** is now 4 months after the presentation and signing of the documents with TS Holdings Group DBA TS Consumer Protection.We are requesting our $6880.56 be returned to us since it was to be placed in escrow until we received confirmation of the exit services promised. We have not received services and believe this business is a scam.

      We hired TS Compliance Group on March 27, 2024 to LEGALLY relinquish our time shares. We have three. They promised to compete this task within a years time frame. They have not. We have a 100% money back guarantee. I have tried to contact the company without any response from them. Ive emailed and called numerous phone numbers. The only number I get any response from is *****************. The people that answer this number simply say that there isnt anyone available to help me but they will get the message to the appropriate person.
