      Police impounded vehicle driver stole personal items stated he said she said prove it

      My son ****** ******** stole my vehicle last year and totaled it. I went and bought another and when I went to register and DMV handed me a bill for $3000 and said I had to pay Upmans before I can register any vehicle, I wasn't the one driving. I never received any bill or notice or anything from them. Yes, the vehicle is in my name, but I shouldn't be punished for something my son did and he doesn't even have a license. I feel like have seriously gouged me in pricing and they won't even speak to me I tried calling to work something out and they hung up on me. I am 57 yrs. old and now have to walk everywhere, I lost my job because I could no longer get there. I need help this company is unprofessional and just plain mean. I don't make that kind of money and can't spend the rest of my life walking everywhere. I now have to take 3 buses and am always late for a job I had to take for less money. Please help me I'm sure I'm not the only person they are gouging in pricing.

      They damaged my car! It required a front end alignment, after i had just had one! They also scratched and dented my front bumper on the driver side. Very poor business! Never use them for towing! They dont know what they are doing! My car is a 2020 toyota corolla xse!

      This company was assigned to me through my Geico auto insur for a car breakdown. The tow truck driver **** was amazing. He was given the wrong number to call as the Geico rep gave him my sons number and he was working and was unable to answer, but **** kept calling and was finally able to get through. His arrival was delayed by 25 minutes but it wasnt his fault and he was very quick, efficient and professional. Thanks **** for your perseverance!
