    *******************, owner of Biological Tree Services, LLC, charged us for and installed equipment on our property identifying it as the best choice for our home.The Weathermatic clock was not the appropriate clock for our home.It did not support the number of zones on our property and rather than fix this and exchange it for the right equipment before installing it, one of her employees named ****, double up zones causing disruptions with the clock and the watering which damaged some of our landscaping.*********************** team gave us no communication about this.In fact, it was concealed completely from us that the clock did not have enough zones for the number on our property and we were told everything was installed well. We paid over $3000 for this clock. A clock that did not work for our property and cost us more to repair with an appropriate clock and to replace the landscaping that was damaged due to the clock not working properly affecting watering. Other companies have given us a second opinion on the questionable practices of ****************** choice of clock and the work her team did during installation. We have photos after the clock was opened up by the company succeeding ****************** team. We requested that she take the clock back and refund our money $3k+. We further stated that if she resolved this by agreeing to our request to return the clock that we would not ask for additional monies, documented for the additional work we endured to fix this error, nor will we ask for the additional monetary damages we incurred to replace landscaping secondary to the clock affecting watering and ruining some of our landscaping.We have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with *******************. She told us it was our problem and texted my husband to "sell the clock on ********** She has further ignored us. She leaves us no further choice but to escalate this to report to the Better Business Bureau and all to prevent others from having a similar experience.

    I am writing you in response to the note you received from ************************* regarding her irrigation controller dispute.
    Below is the communication we received from the manufacturer. I will also send the attachments of the log in reference with the supporting screen shots via email. The system worked in compliance until it was unplugged, several months after we retired from servicing the account.

    I am including screenshots as supplemental to the communication log report. The successful communication is easily identified by the column of green "done" icons. The attached are a good representation of the successful communications a user with the log in credentials made to the controller **********************
     
    You will note the successful installation on 11 Jan 2024 until the controller was unplugged on 31 May or 1 June.
    The user with the log in ********************** made no more communication attempts after that date.
