    Asked the owner ****** (***) ****** Oct 23rd *********************************************** my back yard. - Estimate provided Oct 26th and we accepted it. - His crew came to cut the pine Nov 10th and did not proceed the right way to cut the tree so the tall pine fell down directly over our pool cage lanai which I have the video of it since I recorded their work. The employee in charge of the crew told me to not worry that the company would repair it. I texted *** right away and he said that the lanai guy has been already called and add the mention <>. - The lanai *** **** finally came Nov 22nd to evaluate the job after many text mess, end of story he provided different excuses ( even that is truck broke down) and never came while I stayed at home for nothing I informed *** on dec 3rd and he sent another lanai *** *****, that came on Dec 5th and was suppose to come do the job the next dec 9-10th but never cametexted him and same excuse again <>. - Texted *** right away dec 9th and he said he would make some call to find someone to come fix my lanai and since then, after many text messages and exchange even talked to him, he said : << Ill get you taken care of>> and said he would call me back, he finally never call me back ( was suppose to call me tuesday Dec 10th, did not do and said the same that he would call me thursday dec 12th and did not and never answer to my text mess asking him when he will call me ( my last text mess was 4 pm thursday). I have been patient and respectful since the beginning of this nightmare and would have appreciate the same in return by having my pool cage lanai fixed and paid by Experienced Tree Service who broke it ( 4 big screens panels + metal structure broken/hooked). The owner also told me that he was trying to find a lanai guy that will not cost to much which I understand but it looks like he doesnt want to pay them a fair/acceptable price so they disappear.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. And as agreed over the phone with ****** ****** on Jan 8th 2025 pm, I paid him right away with ***** on the exact same day the agreed amount needed to be paid to close the case.
