    Had a Baume ******* watch for a complete cleanup and overall. I had to take it in 3 times to make further adjustment. A while later the crown fell off because of poor installation. They installed a new crown, wrong size and the watch did not work right. Took it back in and it has been almost 2 months of them promising "next day, next day". It has become a joke. They do not have apparently a watchmaker on the premises but claim they do. The clerk is always on his iPhone talking in Russian to someone far away, maybe ********, promising me that the watch is being shipped. A total inaccurate information.I am tired of making the trip over, which I have done at least a dozen times and still not watch.Get a promised date and cost in writing. Not a credible business.
