      FloodPros refuses to send me a legitimate bill for their services. They only send an ESTIMATE. On the first page in bold type near the top it states "THIS IS AN ESTIMATE". They continually claim this document as a bill.Examing this "bill" reveals that the company is billing me for work and processes they never did. As an example, they claim the A/C unit inside the house will be removed and they will install, texture and paint the inside of the A/C cabinet with wallboard on the walls and ceiling. They will re-install the A/C unit, service and balance the unit and a professional electrician will make the connections for a total price of $3701.29.In the real world, the ONLY thing the company did to the A/C was to paint the outer door of the cabinet.They submitted a claim for removal of the tree that fell on the house and a claim for repair of the damage to the roof. About $13000.00.In real life, I paid for those things BEFORE FloodPros was even hired.I hired a Public Adjuster to help out with the insurance company.At the end of the job he and I discovered ******************************************************** extremely overpriced. Two examples of overpricing.Charged $366.61 for a ceiling fan that was priced at ********** at $92.97 and that was not a reduced price. In a small second bedroom they issued a claim for TWO CEILING FANS in the same bedroom!This is a company well deserving of being avoided!
