Total scammers. Will send you incorrect item then deny return. All Chinese junk drop shipped. They have many complaints filed against them. Stay clear of these clowns.

Hi Chris, we'd like to help, and we are ready to do so, but this review feels somewhat unfair considering 1) you did not purchase from us directly, and 2) we had zero involvement in your return/dispute with the 3rd party reseller. Despite not being involved in your transaction, it is extremely important to us that customers are happy with our products, regardless of where they were purchased. We'd be happy to refund our distributor and have them submit the refund to you upon return of the products. Please let us know how we can best assist you.

The eBay store is your name. Your store name exactly. How is that considered third party? I appreciate the response. The seller, OE wheels Sarasota agreed to return, sent 3 separate labels and a duplicate 4th. Us, not wanting to split the shipment simply asked for the 4th label. That’s when the games began. OE wheels then said we couldn’t return. Again all this correspondence is in the eBay transcript. They were shipped to our shipping company here. One opened to inspect and indeed verified the wheels were incorrect as the label indicated. If OE wheels is not in fact you, you have a law suit.C. M.

Issue was resolved! Not by company AE wheels tho. PayPal had to take care of it. It’s good to know that PayPal protects buyers from sellers who ship the wrong items, offer to return then deny it. No room for sellers like this anywhere.C. M.

I bought a set of wheels and tires for a 2007 corvette. They had to be run flat they gave me a price that sounded very cheep. I ask them several times are they run flat the salesman said yes. When I got them they were not run flat. I call them got a man named Steve very nice said they would make it right no matter what it cost them. I told him I didn’t want it to cost them anymore then it had to. He was going to look for me a set of run flats and call me back. He never called back. In the mean time I had a Costmer of mine said he would buy the tires if I wanted to sale them. I called oe wheels back and this time they wasn’t to nice. I wasn’t able to talk to Steve the first man I talked to. They ask me 600.00 to change with me. That was more than I could buy them here for. I told them I could save them the cost of shipping them back. I thought I had a buyer for the tires. I was going to loose 150.00 on tires plus around 150.00 to change them around 300.00 total . I told them if they would credit me 200.00 to my credit card I would be happy. They would not do that. The man backed out on buying my tires so now I’m stuck with them. This deal has cost me will over 2000.00. Be ware of these people they will tell you anything to get the sale. And then they want know you. There was some confusion on what tire the customer wanted to purchase with his ********************** & tire package and ultimately he wanted a different tire than he received. We apologize for any frustration or delays we may have caused in the error and strive to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. We are happy to work with the customer to find a solution that works best for his time and needs. We have happily agreed to offer a $500 refund on his purchase to offset the cost of tires so he may find a local source for the correct run-flat tires.Mark F

We have been reaching out to the customer via email and have been unable to reach him. He did not provide us with a phone number or we would have called as well. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of this transaction in our system to reference for more information. We are happy to replace the center cap, we just need to know which cap he is looking for. If you can point me in the right direction that would be fantastic. I hope you have a great afternoon!

Great prices and selection.Recieved wheels sooner than expected. Had an issue with one of the wheels.Contacted company and explained problem,sent a picture of issue.That afternoon I was informed of a new wheel being shipped!Three days later I had it.
