    we purchased a 12v fridge from Contoure in Dec 2023 through Camping World. It stopped working in June 2024. We talked with tech support who was unable to get it working again so we went to Camping world who told us they dont repaire these refrigerators. We have submitted several warranty claims and messages to the company, who has returned anything. I have called the ************ number several times over the past 3 weeks, no one ever answers. Camping World submitted all the information to the warranty department and they have not answered either. This business is absolutely terrible with customer service because they don't provide any. This is the refrigerator in our home and we have been without one now for almost 3 weeks. This is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund of my money and additional money for my time without a refrigerator due to their incompetancies. I do not want a replacement refrigerator from them.
