    Weve been customer of ******************************************** in ********, ** over 6 years at this home, and hired them at previous home as well. Zero complaints on workmanship up to this point. Employee arrived Oct 8 in afternoon to clean all windows, inside and out. They also offer 3 ceiling fans and 3 mirrors as a bonus, all for $89. I asked if he could swap the 3 mirrors and just clean my 1 shower glass panel instead, and he agreed. I sometimes ask for this swap and they agree. When the guy finished, I paid him including tip, and he left. October 10 early morning, I entered the shower, and about fainted when I saw the glass was all scratched up, with scratches actually etched into the glass on the inside of the shower, The pictures included tell the story better than I can even imagine! This 77 x 72 tempered glass panel has scratches all down the center, approx 3 high and 18 wide. It appears that his cloth had caught some grit from the other interior window he just cleaned, as sometimes the grout gets loose on that window, and it can stick to the cloth when the window ledge is cleaned. The pattern of the scratches show that he appeared to have begun wiping the window very quickly prior to realizing the damage he was creating. He never brought this to my attention, as to what occurred. I immediately contacted Shiny Windows, spoke with receptionist, followed up with email and pics following phone call. She said her owner would call me following morning. No call, so I reached out and left another message. He quickly called me back, said he would NOT take accountability for this damage, he said the guy wasnt even supposed to clean shower glass, but then admitted that the guy told him he did. He was not at all accommodating, and insisted he would do NOTHING further. This is WRONG of a business owner. Ive had 2 estimates today, cannot be buffed out, and will be around $2000 for glass replacement. He should be held accountable and make this right. Please call if needed
