This site does not allow enough characters for a full review, but in short, do NOT use this company for your windows and doors. Their product does seem to be decent quality given the recent storms, but their customer service, especially post-sales, is horrible. 5 months after original installation and the job is still not complete and it is virtually impossible to get a call back. Given that their product is not unique, I would HIGHLY recommend going with a company that has greater focus and dedication to customer service and support. The major issues I faced with them: 1) They required full payment before starting the job (red flag, and my fault for agreeing) - relevant because they essentially disappear after regardless of anything still needed by the customer; 2) All three sliding screen doors were the wrong size and couldn't be installed. 5 months later, and I still don't have them, and the company has not returned the last 9 phone calls over the past 3 months, despite the front desk person saying repeatedly I would hear back within the next day or two. Same with emails going unanswered. 3) One sliding window was ordered with the opening going the wrong direction. None of the crew spoke any English so it was impossible to ask questions/discuss any issues on-site. 4) I needed paperwork from them to submit to the state. Simply an invoice and a signed cover sheet (that was provided to them). It took over 2 months after the job was "complete" to get it back, nearly costing me $10k. I had begun calling every 2 days and emailing before getting response. The bottom line is, this company only seems to care about getting their money from you, and then moves on to the next sale. Do yourself a favor and go with another company offering similar product that has better loyalty to their customers.

Signed contract on April 28 and windows measured second time May 4th. Contract states ***** week for install. Permits just submitted to Sarasota County June 15th. Not sure why their ************* company did not submit the plans way sooner than June 15 for Permit review. We Spoke to manager *********************** on June 14th. He said hed call us back in a few days with full update as to why the delay in submitting permit to county since windows were remeasured May 4th. Thats a three week delay from May 4th to June 15th when county shows permit submitted via internet June 15th. Going into July already which will be the twelve (12) week maximum wait for installation of windows. I will update what happens as to when windows finally get installed and if workmanship of installation is satisfactory. Hopefully we hear from *** soon since our June 14 conversation. I will adjust my star rating either up or down after everything is completed. We are on a TIME restraint since half the costs is funded through the State so hopefully windows get installed soon.

They still won't call me back. Never fixed the scratched door or put the long screw covers left on back porch the installers made a huge mess with caulking that I am trying to clean up. I was hung up on after calling and finding out that there was nothing in my file about fixing anything, I said this is crazy I'm cleaning a freaken mess. I called back asked to talk to a manager was told no one there they'd call me back. Still no call.....that was 5 day's ago. This whole thing has been going on since before November 2022 its now March of 2023.

I am dumbstruck about the high rated reviews on the internet about Armorvue.. Reviewers should provide a copy of a contract/receipt as proof they’ve actually received windows and service from armourvue, otherwise these 5 Star reviews are ominous.. Why 1 Star instead of zero? Positive notes: Andy Olsen the sales rep tried his best to help clear up the install disaster, Ephran the fixer came and had windows reinstalled and finishings temporarily addressed. To date the Vinyl cover plates/strips are still popping off. I literally had to show/teach one of the installers how to make a straight line on the vinyl strips so that all the finished cuts were straight!! The removal of the original 13 windows was good, however the new 13 window install was a gigantic disaster. We spent the whole time using google translator because no one understood or spoke English, ie, they were going to put the obscured glass bathroom window in the kitchen!! Until we intervened A window was missing; it was broken at their warehouse which then took another month to replace and install. In then end I was so horrified and embarrassed with the windows I refused to have my neighbors come and look at the work. My husband and I argued for several days about the impact of the betrayal of our trust , I took numerous pictures documenting the quality of the install I read a single star review posted 3 months ago, the sickening similarities echoed our experience, All I can say is RUN!! the other way, we spent over $1300 per window a total of $17,000. Negatives: No communication (installers do not speak English), very young Unskilled installers No follow up, I am fearful for the more vulnerable customers who suffered from hurricane Ian. Timeline: 05/22 ordered windows, 11/4 /22 first install, 12/23 /22 final install. 01/11/23 We texted a request that all the screws inside the frame be now covered after inspection and the buckling vinyl be fixed.. we’re waiting for Armorvue’s response

This company repeatedly has sent ads in newspaper, mail and other venues advertising an on the spot estimate if you come to their showroom.. It does not mention needing an appointment. They use the BBB logo in their ads. I went to their showroom and was unable to get a quote. Next day,the flyer was in my newspaper again,

Unfortunately at the time the consumer came into our showroom the salesman was out of the office. He was called immediately by our reception staff and he would be back in the office in about 30 minutes. The office staff offered to the consumer print material about the products and to walk her through the showroom with the displays while she waited. This was not satisfactory to the consumer our sales person then offered give an estimate over the phone which the consumer declined. (This is not our normal practice to offer pricing over the phone but we were attempting to be respectful of their time due to the slight delay.) We at this point offered to set an appointment to come to the consumers home at the consumers convenience which was also declined. Unfortunately we try to minimize any wait time but circumstances do occur IE: another consumer already in the showroom, lunch break or on another phone call. We are very proud of our BBB standing and we do not false advertise as is being suggested.

Excuses for not performing as advertised and substitutions for advertised service are not the same thing as performing according to flyer.
