      If I could restart my window process, I would. Hoping for a smooth, communicative, process as they promised- Sarasota Glass and Mirror was disorganized from start to finish after collecting my first down payment. For starters, they quoted the project entirely wrong with their veteran sales rep and they never notified me about their “mistake”. It was a surprise when they installed my windows (after waiting 3 months longer than promised) and I saw they upped the cost of my project over 10%. In addition, their install workers tore out my windows and then left my house open to the Florida summer heat for two hours while they got lunch and slept on my front sidewalk. I had to follow up and persistently check in on the project timelines because they did not communicate at all- as promised. The time windows they give for showing up were always wrong, often showing up hours before or hours after the allotted time. The windows themselves look great so far, thank you PGT for that. But overall, with the promises they made, they were unable to deliver. They said they charge a premium price because of their better service but if I were recommending a window company to a friend, I would guide them away from Sarasota Glass and take a chance on someone else.

      After looking into this project we can report to you that some members of our team & individuals that were present during your installation are no longer with Sarasota Glass & Mirror, this will eliminate any future "napping".... Furthermore, We are happy to hear the window install looks good as we train daily on perfect install techniques to assure a strong product for years to come.
