    I was misled into booking a site at Shell Harbour by being made to believe that the campground was in much better condition than it was. The site was falsely advertised to me, with strategic pictures being sent to make me believe that the sites were much more spacious than they were. I sent a deposit to book a site for November 5th 2022 and visited the site on October 31, 2022 to find that I was tricked into booking a site. On November 1st, 2022 I contacted the original person via Facebook messenger and informed them I felt the sites were not as I was led to believe and I was not going to stay there. I asked for a deposit and was told it was non refundable even tho this was never disclosed to me and was not outlined in the terms of the invoice that was sent to me.
