    On May 2,2022 I spoke with a gentleman requesting a quote for window covers *****************, he told me he was in the area and could come by and give me a quote . ***************** came by measured as I looked over materials after deciding on window shades. He then quoted me $1924.02 and my husband provided him with a check for the amount From the Chase acct check # **** for the full balance. We were told give or take 8 weeks, after the 8 weeks he wouldn't *************, eventually I texted him and he stated the company was having issues with materials, and this went on for another d8 weeks then I stated I wanted a refund he agreed but says he would have to make small payments due to the economy and as of yet we have yet to get anything from this man.

    purchase a set of interior planation window shutters on 5-3-22 in the amount of $ ****. company will not give a delivery date for the product or refund the money. the company owner Mr. ***************** response to refunding the money "check will bounce" and he does not have money to purchase the material for the shutters either. you just have to wait. when I mentioned filing a fraud case with the police Mr. ***************** response was if you contact the police, quote" you will not get your shutters".

    *************************** , this has been an on going problem with multiple delivery dates given, still no shutters. reasons for delay, owner in car accident, death in work force, no money for material even though the full amount was paid at time of contract. last excuse waiting on shutter frame which makes no sense as I was told they made the shutters at their location. there is a fraud investigation on going for the same reason, take your money do not deliver goods. at one point I expressed going to the police and the response ( if you do that you will not get your shutters).

    I am rejecting this response because: as of 11-28-2022 we have not received the shutters we have purchased. deco dream did contact us 3 weeks ago stating someone would be coming to our house to verify the shutter dimension before manufacturing. of course, just one more lie, no one came by. we finally purchased shutters from a local company in ****** County, took less than two weeks to make and install the shutters. we did reach out to Deco dreams requesting a refund as the shutters are not built if someone had to verify the dimension and did not show. I will be contacting the states attorney.
