    10/26/22 I arrived for my consultation at MFD with a referral from my dermatologist for ****** and the nurse didn't know why I was there, claiming to have paperwork messed up. 12/22/23 I arrived for a 20 Min PICO face treatment. As the nurse was putting on numbing cream asked what I was doing which was weird again. The facility was really messy, unorganized, and looked out of date. We had to leave the first floor, walk outside, and up some concrete steps with empty boxes everywhere on the steps and outside - not professional or safe. The procedure lasted **** mins tops (not 20) and I left after paying $650 (the remainder of the $750 total). I was told my dark spots would get really dark, peel and flake off. Weeks went by and NOTHING happened. Zero reaction or results from the "treatment". I called and explained my outcome and asked for a resolution and got a call back from a worker I could not understand accent-wise, so she said someone would call back. Weeks later I called back and regave my situation and was confronted with sarcastic denial of the lack of disorganization, stating that I signed a waiver saying zero results were possible in which I asked for a copy and it was not provided. I was told it could take multiple treatments for full correction but not that a treatment coul be done with zero results. They also did not take any photos during my consultation and when I asked about that for a before and after, they said that was not part of their service since they don't have lying customers...? I have gotten fillers, botox, and a breast reduction so am experienced with electives, and each prior facility has been organized, known why you were there upon arrival, and documented the process with photos. Paying $750 for treatment, there should be documentation of the before/after. I am really disappointed with the staff, facility, and treatment both emotionally and the service provided, and am requesting a refund since so alternative solution was provided.
