    Date of transaction. 11/22/24 ************************************ ************************************** ************ Took camper in to IR RV on November 19th 2024, asked to have estimates on some repairs. IR RV called us on November 22, 2024 to discuss the repairs and the cost of them. The cost was much more than we had anticipated and elected to have only 2 repairs completed. They tightened the kitchen facets and repaired the attachment holding up the pipe on the sewer. Total cost $218.75. Upon pickup we were charged $500.23. $281.48 more than the cost of the work completed. They explained it was diagnostic charges for the work up of the other jobs. When we dropped off the camper nothing was said about diagnostic charges or a charge for the estimate. My husband sign a paper but was never told what he was signing. Nothing was transparent. We would like to pay for the work completed but feel we should not have to pay the $281.48 for the estimates. If we were told we were going to be charged for them we would not have left the camper.

    Brought my Winnebago Travato to this business on June 26th for a roof scrape and reseal. Picked up two days later and found a leak around Maxx fan. Called and said major leak coming from the Maxx fan area. The owner ************************* calls me back yelling about all the benefits he gives his techs with insurance, 401k, paid vacations etc. Them he continues yelling saying people bring their crappy campers here and expext us to fix them to perfect condition. I said that is not my problem. I have a leak and it was pouring down rain. He said bring back to shop. I sat there for 45 mins waiting for someone to show up. ******* finally shows up who did the reseal. He told me he couldn't find the leak on the slider door. I said there was never a leak on the slider door it was the two back doors. I told him I stated that 3 times and the other ********************* said he would check out. It stayed at the shop for two more days. I asked for pics of the roof reseal and did they do the water test. No, response. I was expecting someone to be there so we could discuss all the issues. No one was there and my camper was sitting by the gate again. Also the Maxx fan was not working and ******* said he forgot to plug the fan back in. I had my grandson take pics of the repair and there was a 2"-4" gap by the king antenna. My receipt said the antenna was broke and they replaced. Well, I just got home from a 1500 mile trip to the Carolinas and my TV was working perfectly fine the whole trip. ******* dripped the black proflex sealant all over the roof. Tried opening my awning and now that no longer works. Plus the proflex dripped directly down on to my floor which I tried scrubbing and can't get the stains removed. This has turned into a nightmare and this business has terrible communication skills. I will never use this business again. Don't businesses take pride in their work anymore! Not an apology from anyone!
