    I had a problem with my phone not working and I paid $50 month service but had no service in May 2023. The clerk at Metro said I need to buy a new SIM card and give them 3 days to fix my service, it didn't work and she refused to refund my money. So, I had to go elsewhere for phone service. I'm out $50 + $13 SIM card for a total of $63. I want my money back!

    I paid Elite Mobile on May 02, 2023 a total of $108.75.  I had bought a new speaker for $50 a long with the amount in my complaint, and I paid with my credit card.
