I took my 2022 ***************** Highlifter in for repair covered under warranty. They keep saying it will be done in a couple weeks with different excuses as to why it isnt finished. The latest excuse was someone stole a fuel pump off it while they had it. They even said I could come see it, but when I went in they were too busy to show it to me. I have been paying monthly on the loan I took out to buy it and havent had use of it for almost a year!!!!! They keep saying they will contact me/email me, but they NEVER do. I feel like this is inexcusable. How can they keep it this long?!?

I purchased an ATV from McKibbens on 8/13/22 and took it back to them on 2/21/2024 for repairs. It took 2 months to find out from them that I would need to pay for the motor repairs. When they notified me of the cost in April I then paid them ***** on 4/24/2024, with this payment they committed to do the repairs. My dispute is that they have had it in their possession for 11 months and I am filing a complaint for unethical business practice. They have been dishonest on the status of repairs by giving me one excuse after another only proving that they are not trying to resolve this issue.

Brought our ***** 2021 Goldwing *********** on 3/29/24 after it was involved in an accident for repairs; picked it up on 6/29/24 and paid a total of $4929.17. We gave the dealer of list of aftermarket parts to order and put on the motorcycle which were never ordered. Dealer didn't give insurance company an estimate until after the work was done. Dealer wanted me to give them a $1600 deposit without seeing a repair order or estimate. After we got the bike we noticed the following.1. missing push pin 2. missing hex screws (2)3. misaligned front cowling 4. misaligned lower motor cover 5. scratched fuel lid (damaged at shop)6. scratched shelter case (damaged at shop)7. charged for an engine guard and wasn't installed 8. charged for an engine guard cover and wasn't even on the bike.9. charged for exhaust muffler and wasn't installed 10. Fairing pocket never ordered or replaced.11. Silver valve stem cover missing Because of the above oversights, I now have to go to another dealer and get another estimate which I'm sending to McKibben Powersports of Sebring for reimbursement. On 7.8.24, participated in a Zoom meeting between ***** McKibben (owner), ***** (service Manager) and ********************* (Assistant to owner). They want to make it right by having us return to their shop and do another estimate and fix what not done properly as well as fix the damage they caused. We did not accept this. This should have been done properly the first time. They had the bike for three months for an 8 hour job. They charged us a total of $4929.17 for incomplete or missing work.We offered to them our resolution which is to pay for the work based on the new estimate from the other dealer. They refused, stating that they do not pay retail. We then explained that we will then be taking them to small claims court. ***** then went on to say, "then I'll be out of the resolution process."

I reached a settlement with Mckibben Powersports for 1230.19  However please note that when we took the bike to another dealer for repairs 9 screws were missing and the handlebars were not lined up. We ended up having to pay the new dealer an additional $2k because the insurance company already gave us money and we thought Mckibben Powersports fixed everything.
