    The ******* location has treated my wife since Dec 2020. Throughout this time they did 8 procedures to try to maintain her vision. Nothing worked and now my wife is legally blind. The Sebring location has sent us on several wild chases that result in nothing, and now when we ask for their support in ongoing care, they are basically throwing hands in air and say they cannot help. We asked for assistance filling out disability forms and they won't help. Bottom line is when they are done being able to bill you and your insurance company, they toss you to the side and leave you on your own to try and figure out a course of action. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are only in it for the money.

    Each office should have local individual phone lines, not going thru a centralized phone number. It is impossible to reach a person when you call and most times they do not return phone calls or email's. I am a new patient and I am seriously thinking about changing providers because quite frankly it's not worth the aggravation! I love Dr. ***** at the Harden Blvd location, but trying to schedule an appointment, or order contacts is a nightmare. "Since I can't get anyone to call me back, I end up having to go to the office in person. I've recommended several people to Dr. ***** and they said it's too much trouble to schedule an appointment, so they've gone to another provider. I've spoken to Dr. ***** in person about this and he laughed and said yes he had heard the complaints before. I've even talked to several employees at the location and they said they have a lot of complaints and have passed them along to the powers that be, but it falls on deaf ears.
