I paid for my pool to get ********** on May 16th 2023. In June my pool was sprayed by individual. The work was terrible and damage was done to my tile and grout. In October my pool was attempted to be fixed, but 2 weeks later pool peeled. I was told that they didn't apply enough heat and would have to drain and fix. I've reached out several times to get this paid job completed with no return calls or texts.

More Information...The receipts attached list both company names; Eco Coating USA, LLC and Master Sand Blasters LLC, further confirming that you and ******************* were working together at the time of service. It was presented to us at that time that you were co-owners of this business. You, ***************************, personally did the work on my pool as evidenced in my camera footage, photos, call logs and text messages. ******************* had a family emergency at the time of service and was not present while the majority of work was being done. I can attach  pictures of the end product are reflective of the work that you did. The payment was split and was partially paid via credit card and the remainder paid via check. The check was written out to ECO Coatings *** as instructed by you. The credit card payment shows paid to Master Sand Blasters LLC on my statement. I have attached that. Are you stating here in writing that you did not physically work on my pool or are you merely stating that the check that I handed to you personally was not endorsed by you so you should not be held responsible? It is my understanding the two of you have since parted ways and ECO Coatings *** and Master Sandblasters LLC are being run separately by **** and you respectively. **** has stated to me that he maintains ownership of the pool equipment previously used by you to work on my pool explaining your statement above that you "dont own any pool equipment at this time. The fact that you continue to deny working on my pool or having any affiliation either as an employee of ******************* or co-owner, despite your company name being listed on my receipt, while simultaneously accusing me of slander speaks volumes to your character and work ethic. I look forward to speaking with your lawyer and would be more than happy to provide evidence of your participation in the re-finishing of my pool.

**************************** has opened up a new company doing pools after he has scammed several families.. I attached a pic of this

Im not sure what part you are disputing in my comments? Youve confirmed you own Master Sand Blasting LLC, which my receipt and credit card statement for the deposit reflect. You have confirmed you did the work on my pool. This forum is used to post complaints about businesses that have been paid for a job that was not completed or not completed correctly. Its a year later and my pool is still not fixed. Public reviews, word of mouth and possible complaints are not illegal and come with owning a business. How you choose to handle those complaints can make or break your business. Something to keep in mind going forward.
