    This complaint is against Alpro Septic LLC Ongoing Issues with septic even thou its under warranty, alpro septic recently replaced and installed a new septic box but same issue everytime Alarm activates and technician must come out and correct and fix issue.I call numerious times and always ignored i never seen a buisness that never answers there phone when an issue or emergency issue. Its like Alpro septic just puts a band-aid over the problem but dont fix the problem, I barley use water or toilet paper to cause this ongong same issue i always used septic safe toilet ******** is alpro duty to come out and fix issue with their equitment not ignore my phone calls thats not professional my toilet and sink is starting to arrised and i need the technician to come and correct issue that triggered the alarm activation on the septic box and not ignore the situation i am requesting them to come out as soon as possible to insure this septic box is running correctly and septic water flow is not stop up or clog.I am sure alpro septic is tired of coming out here of the same issue but i am as well is tired of keep calling of same issue its very annoying.

    My complaint issue is resolved with Alpro Septic LLC as of July 09, 2025  

    The septic issues is fixed if in the future the issue arise again its important Alpro Septic make sure they come out in a timely matter to fix the septic box or septic system when Septic alarm is activated

    to prevent futher ************************** complaints.

     

    I consider this ************************** complaint resolved and closed.
