    Not surprised that the curbing started to crack the day after the crew left. I watched them make the concrete. Not sure anyone of the 4 person crew had any experience. I blame myself for not reading bbb complaints. Nothing favorable. The most frustrating part is when a company takes your money and cant even pick up the phone. I am sure they are out of business by now. Been trying to get them back for repairs since July 2023.

    This company does fast sloppy work! The owner (Ryan) does not return calls, texts or emails within a (professionally) reasonable timeframe, IF AT ALL! The owner is rude and completely unprofessional if things don't go his way. Whatever he promises you DO NOT believe it, unless you have it (fully) specified in the contract! Any alterations/ modifications to the project becomes a major ordeal for him and he quickly becomes frustrated, rude and is very likely that he won't do it! After they get your money, try getting him back to meet with you for any reasons including warranty relates issues with poor workmanship. If there's a problem, you can schedule a time to meet but highly likely Ryan will not show up and won't call you back to reschedule it! You'll spend weeks if not months trying to meet with him after they get your money. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this contractor, there are plenty of other (better) options out there.
