    Worst company on the planet. They ruined our pool completely and left it full of rust holes. I already left a honest review and they started harrassing me and talking badly about me and lying about their service which was horrible. I guess this will happen again. They have really no clue about maintaining pools. Better check your chemical numbers on your end. If you get rusty spots .. oooops ... yeah now you know where they are coming from. Don't listen to them. My review is totally honest - no matter what lies they will respond. I can only recommend to stay away from them.

    There is literally no point in responding to your review in detail. Weve done that on numerous other sites youve posted on. On those other sites we have refuted every false claim in great detail, but you just delete your review, along with our response, and repost another review with a different issue with our service. We dont have time to play this game. 

    The fact of the matter is we fired you not even into three months of servicing your pool because you were an overbearing client. We dont agree with any of your false claims (the ones youve posted or others youll make up in your next review). Please go away. We fired you. Be an adult and move on.

    Ever been wondering, why they have pretty much only 5* reviews? Here we go: You leave anything below 5* stars and they will come after you like they are coming now after me and then of course most honest reviewers step back and delete all the 1,2,3,4 star reviews. Don't believe them one single word. I have the proof of everything if you like. I can show you the rust stains, I can show you the numbers which are 20x off and I can show you their guy (D...) 90% of the time being on the phone with one hand and pretending to wipe our pool with one hand and no ... he's not talking to other customers, but doing all personal calls (last time e.g. about neighbors complaining about his children ... oh wow ... I'm surprised ....not), so ther's absolutely no time you can ask him any questions about your pool. This happened pretty much all the time and because of that and all the numbers constantly off (e.g. phosphate 20x over the limit and they didn't even check or do someting until a guy who knows their boss insisted on checking !!! Imagine that!) I left the readings from Leslies at the pool filter, which I took in a professional manner according to pool water testing standards (here in the attached picture 3 days after their service) they gave me and you can be sure that their thousands of $$$ equipment is way more accurate than their guy with sunglasses and constantly on the phone with private talks, on the pool pump and oh wow ... after that things went downhill even more because he realized that I discoverd that he was not taking care of our pool chemistry in a professional manner. He almost never looked at me even when I stepped outside and looked into his direction for minutes looking for a small chat about the pool. Once I was lucky to be able to talk to him about white cloudy stuff sticking to the wall and he was just saying it needs probably a resurfacing. We almost wasted $10k because of his lack of knowledge because with lower phosphate levels this problem has disappeared completely. Worst company on the planet. They ruined our pool completely. They could never get rid of old stains and only produced new ones with the chemistry always being totally off. I already left a honest review and they started harrassing me and talking badly about me and lying about their service which was horrible. I guess this will happen again. They have really no clue about maintaining pools. Better check your numbers on your end. If you get rusty spots or other stains ... oooops ... yeah now you know where they are coming from. 160$ for something I can do 10x better? Probly they use super cheap low quality products or just not enought to maximize profits at your cost. Don't listen to them. My review is totally honest. I can only recommend to stay away from them if you don't want them to totally ruin your pool.
