    I came in there on 11/14/24 ro#******* for an electrical problem with my truck. After renting a car to leave it with you, your service advisor said he worked on it for a while, and you told me I needed to buy a whole new wiring harness for 4,500$. You did not fix anything but charged me 250$. This is not acceptable. I bought a repair manual and fixed the issue in 30 minutes by myself. I told you all the error codes and the components to look at. It was all on the same pin on the *** all the tech had to do was basic troubleshooting with a manual and volt meter. I am highly unsatisfied and want my money back. If not ill review everywhere on how you tried to rip me off and not fix a thing. Very dissatisfied with your service and Honest one would not be what I would be calling my business.

    Nobody’s perfect, most people just like to complain about that which they do not understand. Cars are complex these days, the hardest issue to nail is intermittent. The more specific you can be about your problem will help any mechanic to be better equipped to diagnose and repair your vehicle. Sometimes all you get is a check engine light and you don’t have a clue, because the car seems to be running OK. Don’t let that slide, there’s something wrong. Honest one is fair, thorough and reasonably priced. They have the cleanest shop I’ve ever witnessed, both in the waiting area, which is huge and the garage. Even the bathroom spotless(!) in a shop, that’s rare. They run a tight ship, I have no complaints.

    ****. Thank you very much. It is rare that a customer takes the time to look at your business from the business employees point of view. We don't expect it and understand when people do not see it this way. That is why we train the staff everyday to look at the vehicles and customer problems from the vehicle owners point of view.     Zero stars if I could. This company has no direct point of contact for a cooperate office and the locations could all be franchises. They have a point system but hate to use those points for services rendered once you've rightfully earned them. they will turn you away even though you've made an appointment because they are too backed up with cars that need to be repaired. they do o not want to take responsibility for damage they have caused and done to your vehicle. I have an issue where I was turned away for an oil change because they were extremely busy and told me that my fluids would be topped off. All they did was reset my oil change light and life to %100. Meanwhile, I drove around for almost a month with close to no oil in my engine which puts my engine at high risk for ceasing and failure. I sent an email to their supposed cooperate office which has a universal email on their website and received no type of response. I also had an issue where I paid about $1500.00 for calipers and brakes only to have them fail and cease in less than a year and the given warranty mileage. They tried to charge me for a new set which I quickly denied and had to go to another location to get it repaired correctly after this issue continues on three times. I am a good respectable customer but I will not be returning my vehicle to this company ever again. The incompetence level is extremely high. They have a nerve to ask you to give a good review and asked me to do so the same day they supposedly topped off my engine oil but did nothing. I have no leaks in my car and put less that 8K miles on my car annually. What baffles me is they reset the sensors making me think that they had did their due diligence to take care of things in a proper manner but did nothing in all actuality.

    We replaced the front and rear brakes on this car on 11/27/19. At
    that time we replaced the pads, rotors and 2 of the 4 calipers. On
    9/16/21, almost 2 years later, she came back complaining about noise.
    We replaced one of the calipers again under warranty and we also
    replaced the other two calipers at our expense as well as the brake
    lines on the front and rear. She came back again on 3/7/22
    complaining of noise so we lubed the calipers slides. On 4/2/22 she
    came back again for noise and we replaced the front calipers again.
    On 4/15/22 she went to our Deltona store for noise again and they
    replaced the front and rear pads and rotors again with the left rear
    caliper, under warranty. She then came back on 6/30/22 and we
    replaced the left rear caliper for leaking.


    We do hundreds of
    brake jobs every year and we almost never have anyone come back for
    noise because we do not do quick, cheap brake jobs with cheap parts.
    This car is a 2010. It has multiple other issues that need to be
    addressed but the customer never wanted to address any of them.
    These other issues can also create noises while braking. We were
    never able to track down any of her concerns about noises to the
    brakes. We replaced the parts, under warranty to appease this
    customer.
