      I'm a permanently disabled, 100% wheelchair bound 42yo woman. Although the woman who cleaned my home was amazing, the owner is absolutely NOT! She charged me $130 for one hour of cleaning. ONE HOUR! That's INSANE! I can see why they aren't accredited. And, quite honestly, they don't deserve to be in my opinion. I have never in my life left a review for any business but I absolutely HAD TO for this business so I could potentially save someone else the hassle and financial hardship. To charge someone the same amount for one hour as six is unethical. I have a BAS in business and that's just not right to do to any person...especially a permanently disabled person. I fully believe in karma though. To the business, I urge you to A. Have clients sign the contract before the work has started and B. Verbally explain, as well as document, any monetary oddities in your contract. It's extremely unethical to charge someone the same amount for 1 hour as you do for 6. No one can make someone clean their home longer if they say they're done. It isn't ethical for a client or an employee. It is an absolutely horrible business model. You have a great employee in Angelina. Let her shine, not have to do your unethical business. It creates a potential BAD ATMOSPHERE for any employee. We live in a state with a lot of elderly people who need the help of a business such as yours. Would you want a business to take your or your parents money for hours of work not done? Of course not. Charge a fair amount per hour. With employees like Angelina, your business will be booming...not shady like it is now.

      Hi Beth, I'm so sorry that you felt you had to put this review on BBB. As we explained to you over the phone as well as in the quote that you signed and approved (we can send you another copy of that if you'd like), our minimum rate is $130 which covers up to 2.5 labor hours. The cleaning appointment you are referring to had 2 cleaning techs at your home for 1.5 hours (3 total labor hours) and we still only charged you for the 2.5 hours. We absolutely do not charge the client the same amount for 6 hours of cleaning that we do for 1 hour. I notice that you did not say anything negative about the cleaning itself. If the cleaning was not done to your satisfaction, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and would have come back out within 24 hours to fix it. We have been in business for almost 8 years and have over 200 four star and higher reviews across all platforms that speak to our reputation. We also provide free cleanings for cancer patients going through treatments as well as occasional free and discounted cleans for first responders and military veterans. Again, I'm sorry you were not satisfied, however, we were very transparent with you when discussing pricing.
