  I was honestly worried about my move because the weather was terrible that week thunderstorms every afternoon and off-and-on rain all day. But Safe Hands Relocation didnt miss a beat. The crew showed up on time, worked straight through the rain, and made sure all my furniture was wrapped and protected so nothing got damaged.They stayed in good spirits the whole time and finished faster than I expected, even with the bad weather. Im so glad I chose a company that doesnt make excuses they just get the job done right, no matter what Mother Nature throws at them!

  ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!!!! This is the most unprofessional, deceptive, illegal, fly by night operation I have ever encountered. For anyone that is even thinking of using this company...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.This is one of those scam operations where they give you a bogus quote and when they start loading, they claim you have gone over and you have to pay more money. This caused me to have to leave several of my larger items behind which were in the original quote. I was literally sick to my stomach and in tears and they could have cared less. They just kept texting people and having them send new contracts. They stand there and will not touch anything until you Docusign a completely different agreement from the original and Zelle more money to some random person. (***** states not to send money to people you do not know but I had no choice since my flight was leaving the next day) I wish I had called the police like others had ******* took 13 days for our belongings to arrive. They told us it would be 3-5 days. During this time there was very little communication and all they did was lie on the whereabouts of the truck. When it finally did arrive, the driver who is a contract employee told me that the trailer broke down and he and his daughter and her friend had to unload it and reload everything onto a new one. This included not just my items but others people's items as well. Nothing was wrapped in blankets, many items were packed into different boxes or missing and damaged. The driver also demanded more money since he had to take an elevator. I had to sign another document, go to the bank and get cash before he would proceed. He would not even start unloading until I returned from the bank.I have tried to get a refund from this company for their deceptive practices but all they want to do is gaslight their customers. They spend their time writing rebuttals to all their bad reviews instead of listening to their customers and resolving complaints.

  This company lied and gave us absolutely no service. They quoted a price and was asked specifically if that was an out the door price, and the employee named **** said yes, it is. When we were getting closer to the move the price went up by *******. Needless to say, we cancelled.They kept the $1110.72 and lie through their teeth. ******

  We were super stressed about our local move we called a bunch of movers. And it was like Rocket science lol, when we talked to safe hands we knew they were the right company to move our family. They made it easy for us and took great care of our things. Our little family cant be happier! They even let my son honk the horn on the truck and now have a fan for life! Thank you safe hands!
