    Contract signed 9/6/22 for new **************************** install. Pool install started 4/23/23. Pool was dropped on delivery to the warehouse from San **** Pools, which caused cracks in the gel coat. ************ repaired the gel coat and did a poor job. The next several months during install the walls started to bulge/wavy, the waterfall was leaning into the pool, because of poor installation due to improper backfill, cut out of the lip of the pool where the waterfall set. The pool sit for a couple of months with no backfill which caused cracks in the ledges and steps. ** has tried to straighten the walls by removing coping, backfill which had rocks in the dirt, concrete and the waterfall. Walls are not straight and now we having leaking pipes. ** had Ultimate Pool Renovations come out and see about fixing the lip they cut out which has compromised the structure of the long wall and he stated that he could not fix it and guarantee it. San **** Pools is suppose to re gel coat the entire pool because of all the cracks, but cant because of the state that pool is in. Not only do we have gel coat issues from the delivery of the pool but now we have structural issues because of the install. Now we sit with just a damaged shell with no resolution from the ** or the manufacturer. We are paying $500 a month to ******************** for this Fiberglass pool. Total loan amount $59,800 plus a $6000 deposit. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated. (We desire either a total refund or a new pool shell with proper installation in a timely manner.) our back yard has been a disaster zone for over 8 months, which should have only taken 4 to 8 weeks according to San **** Pools, the manufacturer.

    This pathetic contractor put our pool steps in the wrong place. Our deck looks disgusting and the amount of ridiculous hurdles that were completely overlooked due to sheer stupidity is insane.
