    We moved here from ************* and knew no one except a couple my husband went to school with. After looking at over 100 houses inside and out from December 2022 until March 2023, we knew we were going to live in Spring Hill it is a hidden jewel. We found a fixer upper. Larocca Contracting had remodeled our friend's home after a water line from the refrigerator broke and it was beautiful. Called *** Larocca he was at our home in a few days. This house smelled terible ....! It was a mess most things had not been touched since ****; we had fixed up several in ************* this was more than we could handle. *** discussed with us what we actually needed to do to get us in and be comfortable living here. Things I would have done he said not yet this is more important very kind and honest. Gave us an estimate. By the end of March 2023 our home was finished with good quality workmanship. Larocca teams were kind understanding, polite and very helpful. If we needed something not in the estimate *** has guided us to the proper experts, we need to meet our needs. *** and his team go above and beyond! I trust *** Larocca do any work or help us with any of our needs. It is hard to find an honest trustworthy person. The pricing was right on target for our budget. I highly recommend Larocca Contracting. On a scale of 1 to 10, most definitely a 10 and above!Kindly *** and *******************
