    Paid for a cleaning service at my home, when I entered I noticed damages were made, and services were not completed.

    We performed a job for the client in April. It was a deep clean for $350. It took eight men hours to complete, and during the process we did accidentally damage his corner bead. I offered to repair it, but he wanted a licensed handyman to come.
    I sent a handyman over, and got the quote for $500 to fix the wall. I told ***** that since he owed me $350, I would just sent him $150 and he could pay the handyman. He found this is unacceptable. Is he thought the Clean should be free.
    I offered him $50 off the cleaning because of the stress of having to worry about the damage, and the one thing that we missed according to his own pictures. He sent me pictures of a doorstop I had fallen off the baseboard, and a shower caddy that had not been returned to its original location. I still insisted that I wasnt going to give him a free clean, so then his next offer was that I pay for $100 of his clean, and the entire repair, and once it was done to his satisfaction, he would then send me a check for $250.

    The situation became very sketchy, he was already showing signs of being unreasonable and lack of interest in paying, so I did not trust it. No resolution can be found at this time.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is no resolution for the damage. All talks of repairs have stopped and I would like to have the damage repaired. I have not seen any quotes from any repair companies, which we agreed on. And I was trying to come an understanding for what I was paying for exactly. There is no invoice, no receipt, or any other form of proof of purchase (except the damage).
