    Original date of purchase 7/15/22 purchase amount $2800 purchased a full blooded German Rottweiler Upon purchase of the puppy I was supposed to receive his AKC papers. I was told they were in process and I would be contacted as soon as they came in. I have been calling, texting, writing, numerous times trying to obtain the papers to no avail. The puppy showed signs of severe aggression so the vet referred him to a dog behavioral specialist. He requested the *** papers, I explained that I never received them. He advised it is very important to obtain those because it confirms the geniality of the dog. Again, I reached out to this breeder who made one excuse after another. I was very patient with her. But time went on and the behavior continued. This is a huge liability and I'm only trying to get what I paid for and was guaranteed I'd get. The breeder refuses to communicate with me now, and has blocked me on all social media sites.

    This K9 has been registered to *******. see attached.

    A copy of both parents pedigree were given ar time of purchase. As you can not only see but hear me explain to her on my security camera that an K9 imported into the *** has to go through a long process to transfer pedigrees. Once that was done she received a copy of said *** double registration. it can be a very long process to make DNA/microchip/champion titles to each country. I repeated this information no stop.

    She stated she needs his AKC number to have him board.

    For her Vet, that tried to kill him.

    Now for a trainer because he is so mean. 

    None of this is true. She has had copies of his breeding lines this entire time. Was only missing his AKC number THAT HE HAS. A number is not required for any of these things.

    You will also find attached the pictures she posted on him with kids and activities or even when her vet tried to kill him yet I WAS the one who saved him. I didn't even get a thank you.

    After her calling me at all hours, messaging me on all platforms (if i do not respond in her time frame), writing untrue statements on many ****** reviews that are defamation I will not help her any further until these are removed and I receive an public apology. She can take it up with AKC. 

    I do not nor ever have bred my K9s to sell puppies. I breed them as an *** licensed judge to have my own breeding stock to show. If I could keep all the puppies in each litter I would so I didn't have to deal with people that can not give them the care they need of harass me over a number.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The response from the breeder is untrue. She has told me on many occasions that she had applied for the registration and there was one issue after another. She did not save my dog that is another LIE. She doid give me some suggestions but my dog ended up having surgery costing $11,000 that's what saved him !I have yet to receive the *** registration for my dog, Her saying she provided me both parents AKC numbers were done over a year and a half after the purchase, after many attempts to obtain MY DOG's AKC registration. I have no proof that the registration she sent was for my dog's parents. I simply want my dog's AKC registration that I was supposed to receive with the purchase. The dog will be 3 years old May 19, 2025 all I want is hi AKC paperwork!!! I have all text messages exchanged between us, I simply want what I paid for nothing more, nothing less!

    Here are the screenshots from my FB kennel page.
    Each of my K9s has an album with their information such as pedigrees/ofa testing/pics/videos.
    Pictured are both ***** and Nova the parents to her male.
    As you can clearly see their pedigrees match the ones I sent her and the ones on his pedigree.
    You can see these albums were made years b4 she got her puppy.
    You ca. She the photos of Nova giving birth of her male. The same date on the live is the same as his pedigree.
    You can she the live of his litter at 8 weeks of age when they're able to go home. On this live is has both ************ listed as parents.
    You can clearly see ******* join the live, talk to me about Chaos. It's all dated, posted to the public, even when the parents where bred to each other. Other posts from her saying that he is out of said parents.

    Note K9 DOB is the same as she sent.
    The parents that she listed ************ have the same AKC number as on the pedigrees I gave her. As seen in multiple screenshot as I sent them several times.
    This K9 has the name "Chaos" she picked.
    All her personal information is also listed as "owner"
    She can get his AKC number from *** as she is listed as the owner. I the breeder signed off all rights. His papers are in her name.
    If she feels her is not from said litter she can do an DNA pull from him to match his parents.

    Why is this so hard to understand.


    I also attached the screenshots from her text messages where her and her vet almost killed him. She gave him enough meds to kill a horse.Then called me to fix it. I did, by telling her not to give anymore meds as she was going to give him 2 more doses. Even her other vet said I was right. I also gave her my vets numbers to help and was on the phone with her all that night and the next day.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    As I have previously indicated, I have NEVER received the *** papers that I should have received when I purchased the dog for $2800 2 1/2 years ago. All of the additional accusations are irrelevant to a business transaction that went wrong. I simply requested the *** papers that I should have received 2 1/2 years ago. If I would have received the documents, we would have no issue. Why can't Suncoast Kennels provide the *** paperwork that they claim to have previously provided, which I have never received. Yes she sent me a text message of mom and dad's registration but not one for MY dog which is what I am requesting.
