    We contracted this vendor to resurface a community pool slide. The areas that have peeled are very smooth, indicating the old surface was not prepared adequately before applying the new gel coat. To me, this means this is going to continue to be a problem long term. It costs more than $125,000 to replace the slide and this one has been ruined for all intents and purposes unless we pay someone to remove the gel coat applied in 2020 by 'Fiberglass at its best' and re-do it completely. Warranty aside, this was not what we were promised and what we paid $26,000 for. This vendor mis-represented their work and needs to make good on it regardless of warranty. He is blaming the peeling on excessive chemicals which makes no sense, the surface peeling in some areas does not have constant contact with the pool water.

    Contracted with Troy G in January 2022, it turned into a dog and pony show. Our pool looks worst then when we started. Excuse after excuse, and he refused to finish the bad job. Walked out using foul language. Unfortunately, we paid him and have since learned our lesson. Buyer beware.

    Horrible job from owner Troy G. Had $500 for a down payment. Said he would have step on pool repaired in a couple weeks. Three months later after tons of excuses shows up with the step and slide. Paint coming off steps. They are pink now. So many rough spots on slide can't even use it. Paid all together $1500 cash. Don't trust him. Don't give him your money. Would leave zero stars if possible
