      I don't know how to thank Comfort Control Specialists enough, besides telling everyone what the company's and technicians' actions meant to me. They saved the day on multiple occasions!Recently, a couple of their technicians came by and they both provided phenomenal service. I am not exaggerating- they are shining examples of what you hope to get when your a/c needs either maintenance or repair. Comfort Control Specialists were who I chose for a brand new air conditioning system back in 2020, after getting bids from about 6 companies. Their price was the best out of everyone (as close to "apples-to-apples" as you can get) and the discussions with the owner about the company and their services really stood out. Over 3 years later, I am 100% convinced that I made the right choice.Recently, my system was having some issues, but no worries, because I have a 10-year warranty that automatically came with the a/c system. Comfort Control Specialists's brilliant technicians walked me through everything that they did and really went above and beyond. They never take short cuts and their level of thoroughness is surprising in today's world. And it hasn't been a one-off... Every year for maintenance, and every other time they've come out to address any concerns, each technician was different, but every one of them has been outstanding. This has been over 3 years now!Every time, they have provided a bunch of pointers before they left. They definitely know how to treat their customers and I am so happy with their care.I don't usually write reviews on the internet, but I just wanted them to know how much I appreciate them, each and every time. I recommend that if you are looking into a/c companies, consider reaching out to them.
