    I went for oilchange there was players alot of banging then 1 2 ended up with 4 men under my hood made daughter take pic for fear something was wrong....there over an hour when told I could leave another employee yelled at the first person working on my truck told him man your going to lose your_ job! The guy never put on my coolant cap I thanked that guy knowing that wouldn't end well.problem unknown then but they did say I had an oil leak well I tried to check my oil cuz my car smell a little weird oil not sure that's when I discovered the dipstick was broken off! Went back to ********** and was told they can't fix it they're not allowed that I should take it to a shop have it fixed come back and file a claim the man I spoke with that day *****. Took truck to shop when they removed the dipstick they found black pieces I'm told housing for my serpentine belt this is covered by my warrant only if normal wear and tear the garage has been in contact with jiffylube and my warranty company my warranty will not cover this because it was as a result of the dipstick being stuck in there in the first place! Went back spoke with *** told that ***** no longer there he took my info and I've heard nothing been trying to call but no answer as of yet! The shop wants me to tow my truck to **** this is alot of $ I just want jiffylube to fix what they messed up and pay for it but I'm really getting the run around :( plz ?? help me !
