    Eco applied a 10 year termite treatment. To keep the warranty intact an inspection must be done every year. I have made 10 phone call to get the inspection completed I was told there was A 30 day ***** period we are now way past that. I also asked for a lawn treatment with no response very disappointed

    Hello,

    On 1/22/2025 after reading the notification of this complaint filed by Mr. ***** I called him. I was aware that he was due for his annual renewal because I had just mailed him another renewal letter on 1/16/2025 alerting him that we had attempted to schedule his renewal inspection in December however we were unsuccessful reaching him by phone. 

    I informed Mr. ***** I had renewed his warranty already due to the fact he has been a long-time customer, and I was confidant he would be available at some point for us to visit his home and complete the visual inspection. Mr. ***** was pleased to hear this and while we were on the phone we scheduled his appointment for Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

    Please let me know if I need to provide anything further in order to satisfy this complaint.
