    i ordered food from domios tonight and it was cold and aslo tasted funny and i had to throw it out beacuse when i opened one of the boxes there was a dead ***** in the box and the food was cold and messy . the store is at **** is the store number spring hill north it was done at 810pm and was at my house in ten mins thats not cool they rush the foof and it was cold. i paid ***** for the whole thing andf the salad was small and not fresh

    The customer service department responded to this complaint received over the weekend, in a timely manner.  Customer was called first thing the following Monday morning. He never once mentioned any bugs to any staff member, neither customer service nor employees at the **********************.  He said he called the store to complain about a "loaded" Tator tot order that did not contain enough toppings, but his sandwich was just fine.  He was upset that when he called the store to complain, he perceived an attitude from the employee about replacing the Tot order.  **************** offered this customer a refund on total order, if it was paid by a card.  It was not, customer paid in cash.  We are unable to refund cash customers, so customer was offered previous order value in credit for the next order.  Customer refused and hung up on **************** rep.
