      I hired King ******************** and Sheet Metal to put a new roof on my house and garage before I sold it. ***** was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. ******* and his crew did such a wonderful job, they were very clean and professional. They ended up replacing a lot of the sub facia and facia due to rot and did such a good job with the carpentry that I had them replace the siding on the garage as well. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch! I sold my house for 10k above asking price in less than a week and credit ***** and his crew for that 100%!

      ************* was a joy to work with every step of the way. They took care of so many things even around the house that needed some attention such as removing debris so access to some parts of the roof were good. They were clear about what they were going to do and at they carried through with the whole job with no need for intervention on my part at all. They were strict about meeting all the codes and the finished product transformed ************** of the house and greatly improved its valuation in the market it is in. This was simply put a project that couldn't have gone better.

      Given the new insurance requirement regarding roof condition and replacement for homeowners insurance, we highly recommend King ******************** and sheet Metal in ***********, *******. Their estimates were on point and the work was done in a timely manner. We are very, very pleased with King ********************. In addition, when were looking for companies for roof replacement, one of the problems we ran into was that they would not replace tile roofs. Not a problem for King!
